In addition to individual and relationship counselling, I also provide critical incidents stress debriefings to various groups. I am a certified Employee Assistance Practitioner and offer consultation services and workshops upon request.

I have lived and traveled around the world and studied with teachers in Canada, the USA, Peru, Columbia, Panama, Bali, Egypt, and Mexico. This commitment to continuous learning, personal growth, healing, and teaching is the cornerstone of my practice. I am dedicated to empowering my clients and providing a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where they can flourish. My own experience with trauma led me to my counselling career. I want to offer hope to my clients and let them know that they are not alone.

As a child and adolescent, I was privileged with the opportunity to live in multiple countries, including the Netherlands, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Canada. In immersing myself in various cultures and encountering people from all walks of life, I have gained an understanding of the nuances of intersectionality and the importance of addressing concerns around identity, diversity, and inclusion within my counselling work.

I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and certified Body Mind Therapist; I am also a certified Reiki Master and Chi-Kung Practitioner. I work with adults experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, family conflict, peer relationship problems, personal transformation, self-esteem issues, spiritual emergencies, stress, and trauma.

I teach you tools to loosen the grip of old narratives, unhelpful thought patterns and negative self-beliefs. As part of the healing journey, I take a look at how your earliest experiences and relationships shaped them. Along the way, I identify values, set goals and move you towards a more joyful and meaningful life.
