This journey of healing from a traumatic life event of an accident which almost killed me has been an amazing growth experience. I have been assisted by wonderful team of professionals at Alpine Counselling who are dedicated to overall mental health of their clients have changed my life. They are experienced, knowledgeable, comasionate and patient. I thank them especially Isabelle from the bottom of my heart.

20 sessions of Direct Neurofeedback brought back youthful energy, a more relaxed body, cleared tons of stuck emotions, vivified my senses (especially smell), and opened up never before felt sensations in my gut, like that area had been numbed out my whole life, which resulted in a whole bunch of new emotional growth. I like to think that this place saved my brain.
